Welcome to Ascension Foods! We are Vinny and Cailey Waara, a husband and wife team passionate about getting healthy food into our community. About 4 years ago we committed to a full vegan lifestyle and have since fallen in love with preparing and sharing plant-based meals. Cailey loves taking traditional recipes we all know and love and creating healthier, just as delicious, 'vegan versions' of them (you don't have to be vegan to enjoy vegan food)! We strive to offer a diverse, fresh menu that will keep your mouth watering! Ordering from us will eliminate the stress of meal planning. We will shop, prep, cook and deliver healthy meals right to your front door!

Ascension vegan meals are such a delicious life saver! The quality, variety, and value of the meals offered each week keeps me interested and coming back week after week. I look forward to the delivery every Sunday and Wednesday as I don’t even need to leave my house for excellent, vegan meals prepared with love by Cailey and Vinny. The portions are large and the instructions on heating up (if needed) are clear and very easy. The sauces Cailey makes from scratch are so good and she provides you with plenty for each meal. If you love good “clean” food and don’t have the time or energy to prepare it yourself I highly recommend giving Ascension Foods a try. The only thing you have to lose is weight!
I’m so glad I stumbled onto Ascension foods. As a mother of 4, I’m always taking care of everyone else, but myself. Ordering from them weekly has given me the freedom to not to have to eat unhealthy fast foods or microwavable meals in a pinch.
